Where is my order?

If you chose Standard Shipping, you will not have a tracking number. Please see the shipping info for estimated delivery times.

If you chose Tracked Shipping, the tracking number should be in your email!
If you don’t have one, please message me using the contact page, or on my Instagram.

If you ordered any Pre-Order items, please read the delivery times on the relevant product listing, or check my Instagram for any updates.
Some products can take between 2-8 weeks to be ready to ship!

If you think your order is lost, or have other issues, please contact me!

Are you going to restock a certain item? When?

I have a lot of items I’d like to restock, but it all depends on funding and demand. Please let me know what you want to see return, via my contact form.

How much will my commission cost?

For art commissions, please see the price list on the commissions page!

The cost of a costume commission can vary greatly - it depends on amount and type of materials, complexity of the order, my availability, and your deadline!
Send me a message including what you would like (character, garment), your deadline, your budget, and any particular requests - when my commissions are marked as “OPEN”, I’ll get back to you with a quote :)
